A little quiz for wednesday: I found this nice postcard in a box and have been trying to work out when it was taken.
It must late 60's although the card was sent in 1982. The amount of wasteland around this bit of town still amazes me.

The Tower Thistle opened in 1973, so I'm guessing (as it's under construction) that the photo was taken in 1972. What do I win? What do I win?
Russ your probably right to be clear i don't knwo the date I was intrigued by all the building sites and by what's not there in the picture. But as you know there is only one prize worth winning this week and it's 20 inch canvas portrait of Paul Ross
