Every day beauty
Every day beauty
bursting through a rickety fence behind the kebab shop at the end of street are these gloriously straggly ill kempt sprawling flowers. The collision of flowers and peeling paint the sort of thing garden designers and glossy home magazines dream of; accidental "shabby chic". But here it's near the kitchen vent with it's blasts of humid cooking smells, bashed about by the delivery guy with his padded bag and moped helmet, ignored and overlooked by the noisy kids with their tramlined hair cuts careering past on their bikes. I'm not particularly special or insightful for noticing them just very lucky!
